What do I need?


* Zoom App downloaded on your phone

* Headphones

*Logged in & ready to run

How far do we run?


* This depends on your speed

* The run is 30min, plus 10min  for warm up and cool down (40min total)

How do I  join


* Click the link to join.

* You'll receive an email immediately confirming your trial is booked + FAQ

* Your Zoom Run login details will be with you 6hrs+ prior to the run via email

What level of runner is it for?



*We have runners who struggle to keep motivated on their own, to those training for marathons.


* You run your pace, be it super steady or speedy.

What if I decide it's not for me?


* I've never had this, however, if for any reason you don't want to complete your Zoom Run with Chrissie, all you do is log out of the coaching on your phone
