How it works

I design your program around your hectic life, so it's manageable as well as effective.

I'll be supporting you, holding you accountable and helping your  motivation.

Your program includes home workouts to help prevent injury and strengthen your running.

We have regular coaching calls to help keep you on track.

Unlimited access to all Zoom Runs and our amazing community of runners.

I'd been hopeful my first marathon 4hr30,

with Chrissie, I not only smashed my half PB to 1:48, but run a 3:57 marathon!

I’d been trying to get back into a safe running routine after a bad injury to my knee.

Before starting with Chrissie, I'd tried some physio without great results, and thought my running days may be behind me at 55.

When I started with Chrissie, I was hoping to finish a half marathon, with a dream time of 2hr 30.

In previous years, not only injury, but doubt took over, and I'd not even make the start line.

Since being coached by Chrissie, not only have I successfully run several halves, but ran 1:58!

I am so so happy!

 

I can't thank her enough, 

Not only am I running again, but I'm achieving things I never thought possible for me.

I've a better knowledge of how my body works, and I am now able to understand and listen to the messages my body sends me when it is tired or overwhelmed by exercise.

I’d been looking to improve, always trying to improve my PB, but my training was very unregimented.

 

Chrissie was always really lovely and able to help with any problems I took to her.  Everything from supporting exercises to nutrition, to learning to train better,

 

My fitness has improved and even improved diet. We had really interesting conversations about mental attitude during running, along with tips on race nutrition. Also, great to have a structure to training.
